St. Gabriels is ideal for a weekend escape. The Centre is located within the extensive grounds of All Hallows Convent near the village of Ditchingham and the historic town of Bungay. Here you will unwind, relax and replenish yourself in the tranquillity of the gently rolling countryside and enjoy the many facilities offered.
Accommodation is in comfortable single, ensuite bedrooms. Some double rooms are available. Please bring a yoga mat,(and anything else you use -block, belt) and your own soap and towel.
The weekend includes yoga classes and workshops which are suitable for all levels.
The cost of the weekend is £ 179, which covers full board, accommodation and all yoga classes.
